Default Front camera moisture

Hey guys, I’m a happy new owner of an 09 LX570 with 82K miles. I’m enjoying the vehicle more than I expected. I wanted to see if anyone has experience with water inside the front camera. Mine works perfectly except the fact that you can’t make out the image. I removed the camera and attempted to use anything from a heat gun to rice. I can’t seem to make an impact. I pulled apart the camera as much as possible but can’t seem to get the lens off. Does anyone have insight or direction? I’m trying to avoid a used one for $300-500.

I would try to remove the camera from its mount. Place it in a plastic bag with several of those desiccant bags that come with electronics. Tie the bag off real tight and let it be for two or three days. That may work, and what have you got to lose. Good luck.
