I’ve seen this with all six of my Lexi over the years. After replacing the internal battery in the vehicle key the last time this continued for me. Replacing the original vehicle battery seemed to be the solution.

I have had success with other Lexi with just the key battery replacement, but not this last time. Both the key and the vehicle need sufficient battery power for the system to function. Either one can be the culprit, but certainly do the key battery first.

In my last experience, neither of the two keys supplied with the vehicle (and with fresh batteries) worked properly until the vehicle battery was replaced.
