I have 2019 Lexus LX570 USA Model, the right socket which be connected to Headlight Computer assy was broken, and I managed to get a replacement. I inserted the wires into socket in same order as the left side socket.
Signals and normal light is working but not go off once you switch off the light, also full light option is not working. I believe that wires order for the right side is not same as the left one which cause the issue. So please any one can share photo of the right socket side to help in ordering the wires in the right order?
Dealer probably not going to warranty any parts / fix due to the socket somehow being broken in the first place.
What were you trying to do to the lights./ harness prior to the socket being broken? The procedure has to be reverted / trace back imo to see what went wrong.
Have you tried the dealer since that should be under warranty??
Dealer not accepting imported cars. I imported my car from US. I managed to get middle east sample but wiring not same as US Spec, it has 2 more wires with different colors

It had accident in right front side where the light been broken and its cable socket got damaged
Maybe dealer won't warranty the car due to it being imported..but if u were to pay them to diag, will they still do it?
Swap headlights and see if the light still do the same?
If not then it's the headlight itself...
If still doing the same, then it's the wiring that's causing the problem (electrical).. u need to compare both sides and start pinching wires getting the voltage diff / ohm-ing (both sides - to get a reference)... process of elimination

I managed to sort it out after comparing with US GS lights
