It's not possible. No way. I would also like to change it. After more than 10 years here in the USA, I can live with miles, inches, pounds and gallons but not so much with Fahrenheits. As almost anyone who moves to the United States, I think that it's time to go metric.

Good night everyone few months past and I did not let this down I can update that today I have managed to flash my EPROM on my main cluster so now I have Celsius showing outside temperature this has been done by burning European version software on my US car now the only problem is that my air condition still shows Fahrenheit but this will be also been taken care of next week with a small canvas filter which I have bought in Lithuania and I installed next week Sending a link of the product and picture of my updated cluster next week I will send a picture of the air condition display good luck

gd night friends I can update that I have completed the process of converting my Fahrenheit to Centigrade I have now a USA version lx570 which shows all temperature units in Celsius

Congratulations, good job! I never understood why this is not an option in the settings like on some other cars (as for example on my JL Wrangler). USA should go metric.
