Hi everyone, new to this forum and seeking some advice!
I have a 2009 LX 570 w/145k miles.
My wife and I are planning on making a multi-month road trip, starting in Vermont and heading out West towing a 6,000/6,500k lb camper trailer.
I have not had this 570 for long, and while I know it's capable of towing that weight, I'm curious to see if there any tips, quirks, things to watch out for, or any other advice you might have for longer-term towing like this.
Total trip miles will be around 6,000.
Camper is double axle and has brakes.
Plan is to start out by driving South, and we will be avoiding major mountains (bypassing Rockies, etc.).
Grateful for your response, thank you!

Hi. We will also be towing long distance (to Vermont, not from) this Fall. The ih8mud forum is also a helpful resource. Here is a thread that might help answer some of your questions: https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/tow...ruiser.932343/
