hope not. want to get a 2022. rear seats are supposed to hide in the floor. My 2021 still fold to the side. Just like my 2000 LC. Stock 21" rims. Just slapped on some 22"

Probably not
If I had to guess the new gen lx would become more like the sequoia (around town/family based) and the rest of the world will still get the LC. I believe I read the UN pays about $23k usd for each LC.
