Hello, this is my first time writing on a forum. We have a brand new LX 570 but we find the seats very uncomfortable, it feels like I’m seating on a steel bar going across my buttox, and to a lesser extent on the passenger side. During the first visit to the dealer, I mention it to the service manager and he agreed with me. He suggested I contact Lexus USA.
I have been calling Lexus USA for two oaths and not a single person has gotten back to me.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Have you compared your seat to another LX? I would speak to the service manager and the general manager at the dealership. You should not have to do the heavy lifting; you just spent close to 100k on a car. Make them do the work. My 2018 seats are fantastic.
