Does anyone know what this is? There is a rod sticking out the back of the driver side seat near the inside seat rail. It's sturdy and feels like plastic coated metal. Thanks in advance.

 

I had this happen in the GX, is a part that sits on top on the seat, I just used a light hammer to tap in its place for the most part it held there. The clips on the end are probably out of place or broken and every time you slide the seat back its comes out..
