Congrats on your purchase!

I've been actually looking at the exact same model as your car and can you tell me how much discount you got from the MSRP price. I can't find the "sport" version locally so I'm talking to dealers out of my state. They're saying come in and drive then we'll talk about price but obviously I can't do that so I'm not able to make good negotiations. Most of them offered barely $2000 off the MSRP.
Is this a good deal? And is the LX 570 in such demand that dealers aren't in the mood to give good discounts? Also, why are some dealers have MSRP over 110K and some have 98K MSRP on exact same cars?

If anyone else have input please chime in. Thank you all!

Most dealers here in S FL, have $4000 of MSRP, Lexus incentive, and you can still negotiate.
Guess it depends on supply and demand.

We are also looking right now for a LX, but as we are not in a rush, we are waiting a little to see if the 2022 model will be based on the new Land Cruiser (LC300 platform), then possible pick up a 2021 that is discounted or get the new one..

well we all know ICE will cease to exist eventually and replaced by electric or some other new technologies - that's going to be a fact...so 'cylinders' will be gone eventually.

Congrats on the new purchase. One was behind me the other day. I really like how it looks. Could you share your driving experience/feel compared to GL450 and any other car/suv you might have had (Escalade, GX, GLE, X5, 5, LS, GS...)? I read that even though it's a large vehicle, it does not give you that feel when you drive. What is it about V6 Turbo that you don't like? Do you tow? I was very skeptical about GLE 2.0 Turbo but the salesman suggested me give it a try. That thing is so quick and responsive compared to the GX V8 4.6.

I think you might be looking at two row vs. three row versions.

A 2 liter turbo will not have the low end torque compared to a 5.9 liter V8. Try a 2L on a long hill and you'll find there is no substitute for cubic inches. There's also NO substitute for Lexus v. any other truck's reliability. If I were interested in another make, especially MB or BMW, I'd lease the truck and dump it at or before the end of the lease.
