Loud ac fan

Hi all—my first summer with my ‘14 LX, and noticing a distinct hum from the blower at full blast. Normal?

Do both fans kick on? My passenger side motor fan went out and driver side fan would sound like a turbine jet. Replaced passenger side motor and back to normal. This also caused my AC to work abnormal in hot weather.
