A rubbing/squealing sound. Started about 6 months ago and seems like it is coming from front wheels. Most noticeable when car has been moving for a bit. Also noticeable whenever turning the wheel while moving. No sound when turning wheel when car is in park. Right after Lexus service installed rear brakes was when it first started. Brought it back a month later and they said they did not tighten calipers. Sound resumed almost by the time I got home after that visit. Brought it in again and they said they needed to clean some corrosion from the brake pads. Again - sound resumed by the time I got home. Car now has brand new brakes (front & back) and still squealing.
Not sure at this point if it is bearings, brakes or ?????. 59,800 miles. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

can you record a video and share?? it might be brake shield hitting the rotors, happened to my 2008 rear brakes, a rubber hammer fixed it in 2 mins at a dealer.

I'd say probably too early for a new serpentine belt, but cheap enough to replace and see what happens. If you're focusing on squeals in that area, the belt idler bearing could be going south too. Still, very low mileage for stuff like that. If it were coincident on new brakes, that's where I'd focus.
