Default Audio Cutting In and Out While Driving

I have a 2014 LX570 that had a fully functional stereo up until last week I noticed the sound cutting out while driving, primarily when stopping or accelerating. The temperature got really cold this week so I wondered if that might have caused an issue. When the audio cuts out I'm unable to adjust the volume at all and when parked the audio either fine or completely gone.

Could this be an issue with the power supply to the amp or is it just the eventual Mark Levinson Amp failure?

I'm thinking of removing the amp and having it tested by a local shop that specializes in amp repair.

Unless it gets to extreme cold (like -10F or so - when I noticed my iwatch stopped functioning - so did my iphone), it's rare.

I agree, much more likely an issue with the Amp, it almost seem like a loose power connection or short. I'll check the fuses before pulling it out.
