2019 Lexus LX570 . 27K miles . I've had issues with alignment and vehicle swaying around on the freeway and recently discovered the front tire inner thread wearing out prematurely. I went to the dealer 3x to address this issue each time they put it on the alignment rack and showed me that the alignment was within spec. Me and the tech took the car for a spin and he also admitted the vehicle has a sway and pulled during acceleration and braking . After the dealer unable to fix the problem and saying " THEY ALL DO THAT ITS A HEAVY TRUCK " i left and went to go see a buddy of mine who owns a alignment shop. He pointed out that these Lexus had very soft LCA ( lower control arm bushing ) and when we brake/accelerate they flex causing the wheel to Toe outward. I started reading up on this and noticed that all the ISF owners also have this issue . Even though your alignment is correct itll only take 20k miles till the inner threads on your front wheels are feathered and worn down due to this. Also he explained the rear of the truck has no adjustment for toe - and looking at his alignment sheet the rear sits off which would also cause the truck to sway around .
Is there any aftermarket companies that makes upgraded front bushing and adjustable arms ( like for the ISF/GSF) for the back to get these issue resolved ?

These LX are designed when u brake both front tires will turn in kinna like / \ in order to decrease stopping distance. Check caliper pistons for seize? My MY15 been on the same set of tires for 40k and still has 6/32" left and wearing evenly.

I just did brakes on the car rotors an pads , calipers were in great condition . Im now reading through more and looks like im not the only one with a 16+ LX570 having this issue . Some report a VGRS recalibration has helped .

I have a 2011 that pulls hard to the right even though alignment shows everything is green. I have completed the Zero Point Calibration and no change. I need to check bushings, as I have 126k on them. I have eliminated AHC and added Dobinson IMS shocks and springs, so I am going to change UCA also and hope this helps.
