Purchased an otherwise mint 2017 LX570 with 26k miles last month, drove it 1500 miles straight home to FL from NY with no issues. After a couple of days it starts shifting hard, then when in Drive, only stays in 4th gear with tiptronic inoperable and rear view camera stuck on. Dealership replaced the Neutral Safety Switch and i drive it home.

After 50 miles the same issue arrises. I take it back, this time they clear the code and drive it about 70 miles in 3 weeks that they had it and couldn’t replicate the issue.

i pick it up today, drive it 0.8 mile and it’s stuck again in 4th gear. I turn around and take it right back to them. It’s still under powertrain warranty, any suggestions from the crew here?
