First off, new owner after picking up a 2011 LX570 over the weekend. The beast is a dream to drive and look forward to modding for overlanding, but have an issue with the brakes. Picked up the car and the next morning when it was cold noticed the brakes squeak very loud. Then after 30 seconds of braking it goes away. Checked the pads and rotors and they look new, but I noticed they sprayed the calipers to make it look nice. Maybe overspray on pads and rotors? Got new pads, but wasn't sure if the LX's are notorious for brake problems? It did dip below freezing, so maybe that's the issue?

 

could be moisture / residue build up due to temperature change overnight which usually will go away after a few soft braking.
