I purchased a used 2014 LX 570 and based on the Carfax, I don't think they have done a AHC fluid change before. It has 164K miles on it. Is this something I should consider doing it now since it has never done before? Or is this something I wait until I see signs of issues? If I change it now, how often should I change it?

The manual states 60,000 then 120,000 for a fluid change. I would change the fluid or have It done. Over time every fluid regardless of type brakes down, I believe the manual states change the ahc fluid every 60,0000 miles.

Another quick question, do I simply change the fluid only or bleed it too?

You want to bleed the four corners to flush all the old broken down fluid out of the system. Follow the steps on the link I made to flush the ahc system.

We do our LC and Land Cruiser every 30K. It's cheap insurance imo.
