Your tire guy should have the senders. ALL Land Cruiser & Lexus truck use the same senders, all are made in Seattle and shipped to Toyota.
Use senders with rubber stems and avoid corrosion with metal stems. All 5 senders should run around $100...that's definitely a lot less than buying them from oem. A good tire shop should take less than half an hour to install the senders and make sure they communicate with the truck's tires.
Just mounted mine. No center caps yet as I need to pull them all off and retorque the spacers after a few miles. If anyone needs a set of 21" wheels I might know where to get some
Thought I would add a couple more of a different set of Tundra wheels before I switch back to my summer set this weekend.
(please ignore the very tiny snow tires )
Question:
Did going to 18” wheels affect the ride quality or road noise? I would think it would not make much difference, usually smaller wheels help out the ride. Considering changing the OEM 21” to 18”
Thanks

Wheels would have virtually no effect on road noise. That is usually a byproduct of the type of tire you buy.
18" wheels can have an effect on ride quality with tire rbeings being equal. More sidewall generally means more sidewall flex. They are definitely better if you offroad and air down and aren't running like a 37" tire.
You could experience degradation in handling due to a larger sidewall but going to a D or E rated tire can offset that.
