Pressure oil gauge low?

I wasn't really worried about this at all, until I started reading these threads on 2022 tundra engine failures with low oil pressure.

It's a gauge with no numerical values, so perhaps the gauge needs to have some "normal" indication. Just a poorly thought out gauge if this level of the needle is normal.

That is what my oil pressure looks like on my LX600 as well as my 2021 LX570. Different motors and both of them have low oil pressure. As an aside, my 2015 Tundra (same motor at 5.7 LX) had oil pressure at the middle level always.

This is NOT due to low oil pressure...

2024 LX600 F-sport, 125 miles. My gauge has read same since I picked truck up with 16 miles on the odo.
I agree that it looks weird to have it so low in the indicated range, but it is what it is.
