If you are experiencing what i described go into the screen where the speedometer is and turn OFF ECO mode. Its in the area where you can change from digital speedometer to analog style. (Not the **** to the right of the steering wheel)
Got rid of a lot of the shaking feeling. Not 100% but i think tires and shocks would get it 100% now.
Still going to bring it in to see if there is a software update or anything actually wrong. Would like to turn this ECO mode back on during road trips.
Turned it off and the engine sound changed immediately. Turn it off unless you are trying for the best mpg and drive a lot.

A little late but adding on to how ****ty the OEM grandtrek dunlops are. This happened on my 2023 F Sport around 4.5k miles just switching lanes. I didn't have any of the vibrating issues while driving. I got sketched out and swapped out to the OEM 18 inch wheels with Toyo A/T IIIs.

Tire blowout. Driving to work, going roughly 55-60 mph. Switched lanes when suddenly the TPWS came on showing 14 psi on front passenger tire. I was able to pull into a parking lot and change out to the spare. I don't think a simple puncture could've caused this.
