Default Surprising Narrow Front Seats

I took my 23 ES in for service this weekend and decided to sit in one of the LXs in the showroom. I was shocked that the seat appeared to be the same style as my ES. For such a big vehicle, I think the seats would be wider. Has anyone else done a comparison?

Why it needs to be compared? I sat in an IS years ago and the seat was very snug if not 'small'...I sat in the LX and it's 'great'. I sat in an LS and the seat was just as great as the LX.

Why it needs to be compared? - Because a vehicle that is 73 inches wide should not have the same width seat as a vehicle that is 78 inches wide. The larger vehicle should have a much comfier seat!

Agree, the console is to wide, the seats to narrow. Many passengers have made the same comment
