Main bearings problem?

I see on YouTube that owners of the LX600 and Tundra are experiencing problems with the main bearings in the V6 engine. Has anyone had this problem, and if so, what is the response of Lexus?

My research indicates a fraction…I found 2 examples of the LX which has a Japenese engine. I’m not concerned …but keeping tabs on it before I buy the 600.
