Lexus of North Miami asking 100K over MSRP!

Crazy. My local dealer, Lexus of Watertown states on their homepage that they will never do a markup. I have not reached out to them to confirm.

Did she maybe mean that there will be a mark up from MSRP to $100k which is what, around the 80k ball park I assume? Anyone who would pay almost $200k for this thing is either putrid wealthy or just plain stupid

We have a lot of narcs, russians, and drug money here in north miami, this is not that crazy actually. they were doing 50k over msrp, now 100k

True, it is north miami after all haha. My sister lives out there and I visit her a few times a year, definitely a lot of $$$$ out there.

Yikes, yeah that dealer is officially garbage for sure... although I don't live on the east side over there but sure won't stop by there for anything if I'm in that area and my car needs something. Probably try to charge me $1000 for an oil change. This market is absolutely absurd inflation wise and all the business owners taking advantage of that with insane mark ups.

Lexus in SoCal are also asking 100k over and won’t even want to make a deal when I was there ready to buy and drive off that day. The next day, I guess someone from Newport Beach with excessive funds was able to buy from them with markup. I guess we have to wait 2023 or later to possible make a deal without non markups

Houston West Side Lexus is asking 2500$ refundable deposit for an allocation at list

Looks like only 1% of the builds will be ultra luxury

ETA October, that might be one of the handful they get this year

I have a deposit for an f sport in with them as well. hoping for this summer. I am 4th in line for a particular colorway/spec. They had over 60 deposits for LX600's if I recall correctly...that was the end of Dec when I placed the deposit.
