Default Lexus of Seattle vs. Bellevue

Hello,

I bought my new IS350 at Lexus of Seattle, but live in Bellevue. I'm wondering if I'm likely to get better service at the dealership I bought the car from or if it doesn't really matter (assuming I have any issues outside of regular maintenance). I'm assuming I can transfer my 2 free scheduled maintenance to another dealership? I'm thinking I may go to a dealership during the warranty period. Also, does anyone have experience with those 2 dealerships in particular for service?

I've bought a couple cars from Seattle and had them serviced in Bellevue and the other one is Lynnwood (I live in Renton). I did notice that Bellevue tries to up sale services not mentioned on the recommended services in the owner's manual. You can use your free service allowance at any location you want.

OP, I live in the Seattle area as well. I am curious why you bought a car from Lexus of Seattle over Lexus of Bellevue? I am in a market for an RX and would like to get opinions which dealership I should go to. Are their prices negotiable? Unnecessary add-ons?

Anybody who has experience with these 2 dealerships please feel free to share.

The Bellevue one is the worst, would avoid going there at all cost.

Generally the free services from the dealer you purchased it from are only free there
. As far as warranty work, any dealership can do them.

Lexus of Bellevue didn't have the particular color/option combination I wanted. They were also adding more add-ons compared to Seattle. When I bought in Feb 2023, the price of the car or add-ons weren't negotiable, but I was able to get a little bit extra on my trade-in. Things may have changed now.

Regarding the 2 free services, I am able to use them at any dealership. I already used the first one at Bellevue and the experience was good, however the first one is just primarily an inspection.
