Default Lexus Codes Going off!

Hi, I have a 2009 Lexus GX 470 with codes P0430, P0420, C1201, C1223, C1241.
The car has @185K miles, with a new timing belt and water pump in August 23. Just 2 weeks ago, the alternator went out, and Lexus replaced the alternator, and the water pump again! (leaking water pump was only 2 months old).
As soon as we picked up the car, and were headed down the highway, the following 4 lights popped onto the dash. VSC OFF, VSC TRAC, ABS, Check Engine.
We were too far to go back to the dealer (100 miles), so we asked Autozone to run the codes. They are P0430, P0420, C1201, C1223, C1241.

Could anyone suggest next steps?
Much Thanks in Advance!!

If the alternator failed, then the first thing I'd be checking is the state of charge and condition of the 12v battery. A failing battery can trip all sorts of codes and error messages.

With any luck a new or fully charged battery might solve your problems, but checking or changing it is a relatively cheap and easy starting point.

Thank you! I checked battery, and ordered a new gas cap. What fixed the problem was to disconnect the battery for 10 minutes. This must have cleared the memory! So far, all seems well. Thanks again for the suggestions and advise!
