What is the warranty that came with the '99 Lx470?
My parents lost the warranty paperwork and have no idea what it is
I am asking because my car has a cracked exhaust manifold and want to know if warranty will cover it. Also the steering column rumbles a bit when retracting (was told due to a flaw in metallurgic composition + grease)
My car is at about 46k miles write now. My next service appointment at the dealer is at 51k.

Pretty sure it was 4 years or 50K, whichever comes first.

Warranty may cover the exhaust manifold since it is probably considered an emissions related drivetrain part. SOL on the steering column problem.

Check the California emmissions part of your warranty. On my 2000 they wanted 1000 to fix cracked exhaust manifold. On the 2004. the powertrain warranty covers the exhaust manifold. On the 2000 it did not. On the federal emmisions warranty it will to 4/50 k miles. I had to research it but I found that on my 2000 it was covered 7/70 or 8/80 under the california emissions warranty. My dealer would have put a $1K screwing to me if I had not looked into it further... Hopefully it is the same for the 99
