Stumbles at idle after highway runs?
My '92 ES300 (145K mi) will occassionally have a fluttering idle when I pull up to a stop after being moving for a while (highway for example). The idle will bounce around a little, and a couple of times I've pulled to a stop off the highway off ramp to have the car die just after I come to a complete stop. The plugs, wires, cap and rotor were just replaced to fix another issue (which it did) and this issue persists, even after the tune up.
Ideas?

Are TSB freebie repairs? I've heard w/ other makes that these are prob's they'll fix if you note them, but unlike a recall, they don't go announcing to the world to come in for it. If it's on me, then does anyone know how much this costs? I'll be having a rear main seal replaced next month, so being on the trans, this sounds like it might make it easier to fix while the other repair is underway.

It's mean the date of first use on your car and the milages. If your car over 4 years/50K, which mean is out of warranty. To do the valvebody update they can have it done on car(easier) and remove the trans. pan, the valvebody and do the update on car. Good luck.

You might have a dirty IAC valve which is an idle air controller. Usually it's located somewhere to the back of the intake manifold. You might have to take em out, check for dirt and clean with carb cleaner. Should do the trick of clearing up your idle problems.
