Default brake wear on an IS300

The Lexus dealer is telling me that the EBD on the IS and GS sedans causes the rear brakes to wear faster than the fronts.

The only cars I've heard of where the rears wear faster than the fronts are mid-engined so that doesn't really make sense to be but then I'm just a banker and not an auto mechanic.

Have any of you experienced the same thing?

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Yes. I drove the LFA.

I think one of the main reasons the rear pads wear out on IS's and GS's is the size of the pad itself... they are quite small compared to the front, less than half the size.
