Question 02 Sensor Replacement

I currently live in Germany and need to have my 02 sensor replaced, but the Lexus dealers in Germany can only work on Lexus vehicles with German specs. They said they don't have the parts for my Lexus with American specs.

Any ideas on how to get my 02 sensor replaced without using the Lexus dealers in Germany?

I suggest to order it from the U.S, since your car is U.S spec. Try one of our vendor Steve Ganz and his team. They have a great service and great people to deal with.

Replacing the O2 sensor is faster than changing out a flat tire. You don't really need to go to the dealer for that.

I have a bosch sensor in my car right now... isn't that made in germany?

you need to cut & splice wires if you buy the universal -- it's a piece of cake really. You'll most likely just need one of any of the following...

Before the cats:

BOSCH
O.E. TYPE 13354 $172.99
2 REQUIRED

BOSCH
UNIVERSAL 15733 $73.99
2 REQUIRED

BOSCH
UNIVERSAL 15734 $78.99

after the cats:

BOSCH
O.E. TYPE 13188 $159.99

BOSCH
UNIVERSAL 15733 $73.99
2 REQUIRED

BOSCH
UNIVERSAL 15734 $78.99
2 REQUIRED
AVAILABLE UNTIL STOCK IS DEPLETED

I got all 4 O2 sensors for my LS from www.oxygensensors.com for about $150. I have tutorials on how to install them on my site...the procedure will be similar even if you don't have an LS.
