hi, could you please help me how to change radiator in my 1993 es 300? it has small crack in plastic
reservoir above the grill, i tried simple crazy glue but as you know it did not work. any idea?thanks

Replace it not too expansive. You can drain the Rad dry and sand the cracked area and put eproxy on it. The only way to fix it right is replace with a new one. Koyo or Modin perffered.

Is pretty simple to replace it.
Drain coolant
Remove top blots holing the Radiator.
Remove top and bottom Rad hose.
Unscrew holding the Fan shroud.
Slide Rad out .
Where you are at make sure you mix your coolant and fill and make sure no bubble in system.

hi, as i said , i attempted to replace it myself, but found it was too deficult for me so i took it to my mechanic
he replaced it and also irrigated the transmission . total cost $275 and radiator $145. so it came out$420.
not bad. it took almost 3:30 Hrs.
