Toyota PN 00272-SLLC2 Super Long Life Antifreeze/Coolant .. The black bottle states it a 50/50 pre-diluted factory filled pink fluid. If flushing is needed, fill with the pre-mixed, heat and cool engine, heater on high. Drain and refill with the pre-mixed.. don't add any water to the system at any time. Purge air from heater and system.

That way I assume you get the 100% complete fluid change & get all old coolant out correct?

Refering to the RX300 ....
Draining the system refers to opening the radiator petcock valve, the two engine petcock valves and the overflow bottle with it's supply hose. The coolant is drained into containers using 5/16 i.d. clear plastic hoses attached to the drain nipples. Incidently, removing the DRL fuse box from it's holder next to the battery allows easy access to the front engine drain valve. Removing the front right wheel allows access to the rear engine drain valve on the AWD. The engine petcock valves are 10mm and tightened to 9 Ft Lbs.. Radiator valve is finger tightened.

Should be fairly similar to the ES as well.
