Replacement lights bulbs

I recently changed the bulb in my fog light with a bulb from one of the local auto parts stores. Now one light is brighter than the other. I went to the lexus dealer, and they wanted $27 for the OEM bulb. They say it's a special bulb for Lexus. I noticed high intensity bulbs for various lexus on ebay.
What gives? Anyone purchased any of the high intensity bulbs from ebay?

Try www.24HIPER.com for brighter replacements... Try pepboys, autozone etc.. Just buy another replacement of the same intensity... I always change bulbs and wiper blades in pairs if I can...
