Just got my 1990 LS 400 on Saturday. 1 owner car. Good records. 105,000 miles.
Drove from Fort Myers Florida to Philadelphia. Very happy with the overall performance with the car.
Have a few questions I need some help with.
1)The A/C is on the fritz and the Lexus Dealer gave me an estimate for over $2,000.00. (includes condensor/evaporator etc. etc.) The question is - Can only Lexus dealers fix this or can a local shop do it? If the local shop can do it, does anyone have a place to recommend in the Philly area?
2)Any other particular areas I should be aware of? The power steering pump has been replaced; new starter; the LCD panel looks new.
Any help would be appreciated.
