every now and then when i come to a complete stop and have my foot on the brake i feel something on the brake....its feels like its grinding and i hear a horrible grinding,/screeching sound from my car

this also happens sometimes when im going to make right turns at slow speeds


any ideas...sorry its hard to describe

Sometimes there is no option but to put the front end in the air and check the brakes, axle drive shaft boots and bearings. Additionally, check the steering limits for binds or noise in the axle shaft "cardan" joints. These are the type of U-joints at the spindle and drive ends. I suspect you'll find a cut or cracked rubber boot allowing water into the cardan joint..
