Default proper vacuum reading LS400

I'm in the midst of finding out why the brakes arent as effective on the 93LS and therefore now trying to make sure if the vacuum supplied to the booster is at the correct reading.
would someone kindly tell me what the guage should read at the booster ?
the car has trac as well. does the accumulator play any role in creating the vacuum for the booster in that scenario ?
thnx.
