Need help with an OBDII code: P2241

The check engine light came on in my 2002 ES. The first time was about a week and a half ago while I was in Canada. I loosened and retightened the gas cap, within two starts of the car later, the CEL was gone.
Tonight on the way home, the CEL reappears. I was minutes from an Autozone, so I pull in and the sales guy reads the code. It comes up P2241. I actually saw the LCD display and can verify that it was P2241. It also stated Bank 2, Sensor 1: low current.
I haven't heard of this code and checked the OBDII listing I have at home and the actual 2002 Lexus ES shop manual. This code is not listed in either of them.
Anyone got a clue to this code:
Thanks for anyhelp. I may go to Autozone and have it read again.

Thanks TLW.
$230 later, code P2241 is gone. ouch!!!
And that was just for the sensor from a Toyota dealership, Lexus wanted fifty dollars more and everything I found on the web was about the same after shipping if I wanted it here next day.
Interesting, Autozone had a Bosch sensor that they listed for $459. ya right.
