Default A/C Not working

my phone charger just fell apart in the cigarette lighter, i had fuse replaced under the drivers side in the fuse box and it got the aircon working again, but i cant get he fans to blow the aircon through. I can push the buttons and they work, but the fans dont work. Did they miss a fuse or did a relay switch go? Any help would be much appreciated

its a 91 twin turbo

If this happened at the same time, then yes, I'd say you have another blown fuse. "the fans to blow through", I'm guessing you mean the blower motor is not blowing. The blower motor is under the right side dash, unplug the motor and use a test light or volt meter to see if you have power to the motor. (While the a/c is on) If you do, then you have a bad motor, if you don't then there's another electrical problem. But yes, check ALL the fuses on the vehicle FIRST.
