got a problem with my vents. If i turn up the heat even to max the drivers side vent still blows cold air. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the problem could be. This is the only vent that blows cold, all the others are hot.

My experience on this subject is limited , but when you switch between cold vs. hot air, or fresh vs. recirculated air, there are little servos or actuators that move duct flaps inside the dash to either open, close or reroute air passages. My guess is the actuator on the duct in question has failed, or is stuck in one position. You need to follow the ductwork from the dash to the flap area and see what is amiss. Or, sometimes hitting the climate-control buttons rapidly may "jar" the flaps back into operation.
Also, the flaps are sometimes actuated by engine vacuum, so you'll have to check the hose lines that snake from the engine to the flap. Opening up that area is no fun- there's a lot of stuff under there. Make sure all fuses are good before proceeding.
