Default Neld Help! SC300 needs new transmission?

I just bought a used 1992 sc300 2 weeks ago but the car sometimes jerks a little whenever I give it some gas. It jerks back and forth like how when you let go of the clutch too early and the car sort of jerks back and forth like if the car is hesitating. I'm not the best at driving a manual, but the car jerks mostly when you floor it or give it some gas. My bro said it could be my tranny mount going bad? Has this problem happened to anyone else here? The jerkiness only comes sometimes. The car runs great. It's smooth, strong, and quiet! It's only that hesittation or jerkiness that comes around sometimes that is a bothersome.

Some info about the car:

1992 sc300 5spd
186k
changed the oil a week ago
stock 1992 sc400 wheels
car starts up fine and sounds great!
just changed battery today

Any Help would be appreciated!

~Josh

Im not so sure its the transmission...

Could be that ...

You need a tune a up (broken or old spark plug, corroded spark plug wire or semi burn out dist. cap and or rotor could take away smoothness.)
dirty VAF not reading correcting and leaning car out, and consequently retarding car's timing.
EGR valve or modulator have gone bad.
The Y shaped connector between throttle body and intake manifol is clogged.
something else.
