I was told I need ball joints, struts, insulators and steering pump. A very small leak on the rack. I don;t think I will do the rack now but can anyone advise what other parts for suspention I should change. Dont have any noticable problems except struts and ball joints It has 117,000 mi on it. Have to do the timing belt as well. Should the water pump be changed if its not leaking? Thank you for any and all responce's

Those are comon problem for the older LS. Ask youself how long you will keep the car and how much it will cost to fix all those items.
If you do timing belt I would go ahead and do the water pump at the same time, because you have to remove timing belt to do the water pump. If the water pump leak or lock up in the future you will have to pay for labor twice.
