1999 GS400 the two coil packs on the drivers side toward the rear of the car cracked upon removal. The engine was warm (I had just driven about 4 miles) but it was like the coil packs had overheated and fused themselves to the plugs? Is this unusual? I wonder if this could have been prevented by a real mechanic instead of a DIY moron?

Stealership wanted $122.95 for each coil pack but Hendrick Lexus fixed me up for $78.67 each plus shipping.
