Far to many variables and even with an oil analysis, it varies from car-car. In the end the owner may find out at 200K+ mile mark. Giving it the regular drain interval and other stated maintenance is what one can do and hope the engine holds to the usual Toyota quality standard. Use what you want in it and stick to it regularly.

I've used nothing but RP and I stand by it. I used it since my K20 DC2 and still now in my IS350. It's good stuff

I have used syn. oils before RP but swear it seemed to make my 200K + LS400 run a bit smoother. I also use the gear oil & awhile back started to use their PS Fluid & have had great results with it as well. 1st gen LS models like to chew threw PS pumps.

I change at about 7K intervals or so.

If you seek a miracle lubricant try BG Frigiquiet II in your AC compressor.
