My car (GS 300) won't start and I don't know what to do. For the past couple days especially in the morning the car won't start, I have to leave the key inside the ignition and wait for couple minutes till starting the car. But, last night it finally gave up. No power at all and I thought it might just be a bad battery. So, I purchased a new battery and for some strange reason the car starts without the key inside the ignition (but idles funny and smoke started coming out), smells like a wire is burning. What should I do or check? any suggestions? The started is bad or something else?
