No, Aisin Warner transmission require special friction modified ATF, Toyota T-IV, Mobil 3309, or Amsoil Universal ATF only.

think about it

system holds about 10 qts, and every time you replace 3, so, first change, you are 30% syn, 70% old, second change, you replace 3 more, but 30% of what comes out is synthetic, so, if you do the math, you actually have about 50% after adding this second 3 quarts... one more change, and you are at 65%, the next one nets you 75%, fourth change you're at 83%, fifth change = 88%, sixth change = 92%, seventh change = 94%, eighth change = 96%, ninth change = 97%, 10th change = 98%, 11th change = 98.6%, 12th change = 99%, 13th change = 99.4%, 14th change = 99.58%, so on and so forth...

its like the old riddle, "if you are standing 10 feet away from a wall, and each step you take is half the distance to the wall, how many steps do you have to take to reach the wall" whereas the answer is, you will never reach the wall, because you only move half the distance to it... (though your calculator may run out of decimal places)

Toyota's "world standard(WS)" ATF is great. I'd use that and flush it every 30k miles. If your tranny has the T-IV ATF, it is compatible with the WS. I have changed plenty of Toyota to this stuff and works real well.

I am about to drain and fill my ATF tomorrow. My friend mech told me my pan is leaking abit and needs a new gasket kit from autozone?! Therefore we need to take the pan down to do so, did anyone ever do that? He told me that it is a bunch of screws we need to unscrew. So i believe more then just 2 quarts will come out compared to regular drain and fill every 10k miles. My fluid now is cranbury red, so it is ok but needs to be changed out.. As per this DIY site, I also need new washer, can some one shine some light on this:

no more will come out than with a standard drain and fill... usually, I get about 2.5 quarts in the past when I've changed mine...
