Default Encountering a new noise.

Just put 4 new tires on my LX470 (stock size). At the same time we put a new cv axle on the right front. Now I am getting a almost rubbing noise with a vibration intermittently when slowing down from 35 mph or less. We have pulled the entire assembly apart and back once to make sure everything was buttoned up right. Didn't see anything out of the ordinary. Both inner and outer bearings have been repacked.

Just kinda lost,

Darren

quick check - rotate the tires, see what happens to the noise...
