transmission fluid replacement

So search the whole forum but I found little information ond replacing fluid.
I want to change my transmition fluid on my sc300 to synthetic mobil one.
SO i need to get all fluid drain and replaced. What is the best way of doing
it. I saw post where somone said to remove line that goes to radiator and start the engine and that would drain all fluid. Is good idea to drop oil pan clean it and then use liqud gasket to put it all back together and remove line and drain all fluid that way?

This is how i changed my tranny fluid:
1. Remove the crossbar and transmount
2. Drain as much old fluid out as possible
3. Reinsert drain plug then remove 18 or so 10mm bolts
4. Clean inside of pan and tranny filter w/ brake cleaner
5. Reinstall and add new fluid
I hope that helps but i dont know what your talking about reguarding the line to the radiator or droping the oil pan. maybe someone else might know

It seems that there is 8 quarts of oil and 2qt in oil pan. Since I want to replace all of it as i want to swich to synthetic. Is there difference between flushing transmission and hooking it up to machine that will pump old fluid out and pump new one in?

Yes. A power flush machine applies external pressure to force fluid through the tranny. A machine like a T-Tech machine uses the natural pressure generated by your tranny to move fluid through resulting in an eventual total replacement of all fluid. The former is the one that lots of people have issues with (can cause more problems, don't use in an older tranny). Those commercials for AAMCO and Jiffy that sell power flushes... I shudder when I see them. Also alot of the flush systems use a chemicals to "flush" through the tranny. This can also dislodge gunk that could potentially cause problems.
What lots of people do is an eventual change of ATF. Drain and fill constantly until you reach mostly new fluid. I forget, I think after around 6 drain and fills, you get around 97% new fluid or something. Takes longer, but I think is the safest.

Just drain, fill and then start engine.
If you are talking about the tranny pan, that is very important as there are bits that can accumulate on magnets and should be cleaned off/checked out.

t4 is synthetic... pointless to go with another fluid if it gets changed regularly enough...
my fluid has been changed every 30k (kilometers) and it's still bright red...
