if it happens when ur AC is on, its most likely the condensation from the ac system....

Have u checked if its oily? or just water?

Your engine's gone!

Just kidding

It is just condensate from the A/C evaporator coils. There is a drain which is designed to dump the water overboard. Usually on the passenger side.

A/C cools the air and that causes water to condense out of it. This water drips into a small pan which has a tube that leads out of the car. This is why you see water dripping from cars that are running the A/C.

Solutions:
a. Move to a climate where there is no humidity in air (e.g. on the Moon).
b. Turn off the A/C.
