I noticed that when I brake, there is a creaking and squeaking coming from the brakes, and this noise is duplicated when I rapidly turn the steering wheel from left to right. A brief search makes me believe it is caused from ball joints, but I don't hear a popping noise that is associated with the ball joints. Does anyone know what this can be and how much the fix costs at a dealer?

Any help appreciated.

time to get it up in the air and push and pull on everything... sounds like you have some bushings that are worn... won't know until you unload the wheels and tires and get under it to see...
