I read a thread somewhere but don't remember and tried searching but couldn't find it. Was there a complimentary alignment for our lexus?

No, unless you have issue with alignment when the car is new or 12 months/12K whichever comes first.

All Lexus vehicles have a warranty of 12 months/12k miles for alignment issues. But there is no such thing as a complimentry alignment as VVT-i stated. If your car comes in and exhibits no pulling issues or tire wear issues, then you arent going to get an alignment under warranty.
