A Bit Short of Lexus But I'll Take It
This is the about the fourth time I've come to this particular Toyota dealership to get my oil changed here. So this morning I decided to bring my laptop with me and to get caught up . It' doesn't have that extra plush and cozy atmosphere as Lexus but I didn't mind sitting on the leather couch watching tv on a big screen on my other visits. So today I brought my laptop and here I am on Club Lexus as I wait to get synthetic oil put in for the winter. Hey I can't complain, they've let me get my oil changes here where some other Toyota dealerships have said "No" to Lexus owners. At some point I'll have to get work done at a Lexus dealership but so far all I needed is oil changes.

Seems steep for a Toyota dealer to me...
I do all my own oil changes/maintenance but I'm just curious, How much does Lexus charge for a synthetic oil change for a 2GS?

Yup, remember I had them put in synthetic oil and not the regular conventional oil. I'm not concerned about the 70 bucks cuz I know that it won't be until next April or May when I get the oil changed again.
$32.00 is exactly how much I would pay for the regular conventional oil.

I have been buying my Mobil 1 synthetic oil in a five qt container for about $22.00. The Toyota dealer charges about $35. to change it. I don't know what the Lexus dealer charges, but am going to them for the next oil change on my 05 LS430.
