Default Needing help on error codes

Can anyone tell me what these error codes mean?

EMV:
01-DC 190-4A-3
01-D8 190-47-1
01-D5 190-61-8

Nav:
01-E3 000 FF-3

Where can I look to see what these codes mean other than contacting dealer? Any help is greatly appreciated. 07 ES350

Those are navigation/audio codes. What's wrong with the system? Nobody really know about those codes unless you're Lexus engineer.

The only issue that I have noticed is with Bluetooth. Everything else appears to be ok. Of course, if it is throwing codes I would like to know what it is so that it can be addressed depending on what is going on.

I have looked up the codes for you in TIS
01-DC 190-4a-3 = Transmission error radio reciever
01-D8 190-47-1 = No response radio reciever
01-D5 190-61-8 = Absence of registration unit

One of two things:
Radio unit is bad
or
Radio connection was lost with ignition on (IE radio plug loose or radio was unplugged with ignition on)

The nav code is set because of the radio code.

I can't thank you enough for your time. Will have to bring it to my dealer's attention on next oil change which is coming up soon. Is this something that could have occured at the factory when assembling the car? Should I suggest having them replace the radio unit? I'll bring it to their attention and see what they say. Any thoughts?

There could be a bent PIN in one of the radio connectors. Has your dealer had the dash apart or the radio out for any reason? Has the sound system ever blown a fuse while the car was on?

The dash has never been apart. The only thing done to audio system was replacing back speaker due to vibration. Never blown a fuse to my knowledge.

Something I just remembered was the dealer replaced the entire glove box assembly due to the button being stuck at times. It might be possible they took out the radio unit to do this.

That code refers to the master audio unit loosing power or being disconnected with ignition on. If they had the glovebox out there is a strong chance that they may have loosened a plug on accident or disconnected unit while the ignition was on....... Hope this helps.
